Block CEO Jack Dorsey’s Title Now Block Head and Chairperson

Financial-services company Block Inc., formerly known as Square Inc., said Chief Executive Jack Dorsey requested his title change to Block head and chairperson, effective April 20.

The company said there would be no changes in Mr. Dorsey’s roles and responsibilities and that he would continue to serve as principal executive officer.
