‘Start early and reach safely’ is the decision given by Deputy Commissioner of Police (South Zone) Sneha Mehra at a gathering with group elders, Ganesh Utsav organisers and leaders of Bhagyanagar Utsav Samithi at Chatrinaka Police Station.

The officer appealed to the organisers to reinstate the sooner apply of beginning processions early within the morning and finishing them by night, in order that devotees can return dwelling early and safely. She stated that intensive safety measures are being taken throughout the town, whilst she sought the cooperation of organisers and the general public.
