Steve Bannon has been obsessive about Elon Musk, even after he made his exit from the so-called Division of Authorities Effectivity final month.

This time, Bannon’s calling for a particular counsel investigation into Musk’s alleged drug abuse of ketamine, Adderall, ecstasy, and psychedelic mushrooms.

“I think we just, my point is, let’s everybody step back, take a deep breath,” Bannon informed Chuck Todd on Sunday. “I think there have to be formal investigations.”

“Where do these investigations come from? Is it [inspectors general] or—I think—we don’t have IGs right now,” Todd responded, referring to the Trump administration’s callous firing of 18 inspectors basic in January.

“I feel one of the simplest ways to do it’s as a particular counsel that may type of oversee every thing. Pull [Musk’s] safety clearance for the medication, briefly, examine the entire drug scenario,” Bannon responded.

Final month, The New York Occasions launched a bombshell report claiming that Musk was utilizing ketamine “sometimes daily” whereas he was busy slashing the federal workforce.

However even with out the damning article, Bannon has at all times liked any excuse to assault Musk, who he’s known as a “sociopathic overlord” and a “parasitic illegal immigrant.”

Then once more, perhaps Bannon simply actually misses being Trump’s favourite—and even now, his least favourite.
