UNION CITY — A person discovered useless inside a parked automobile final month in Union Metropolis has lastly been recognized as 36-year-old Hayward resident Raul Torres, police stated.

Officers have been initially referred to as to the 33500 block of third Avenue round 4:10 p.m. on April 14 for a report of a suspicious automobile, based on the Union Metropolis Police Division.
