POPE COUNTY, Ark. — The sufferer of a deadly hit-and-run that came about in Pope County on November 15 has been recognized by Arkansas State Police (ASP) as 82-year-old George Sanborn of Russellville.
Officers responded to stories of a pedestrian being struck on State Freeway 326 within the Pleased Valley group, north of Russellville, close to the Gum Log group. The sufferer was transported to a close-by hospital for therapy, the place he succumbed to his accidents.
The spect car is believed to have been touring westbound on State Freeway 326 and should have sustained harm to its driver’s aspect.
