They don’t,” Nantel stated, including that “the Teamsters have actively threatened, intimidated and attempted to coerce Amazon employees and third-party drivers to join them, which is illegal and is the subject of multiple pending unfair labor practice charges against the union.”

The strike started after the teamsters on the DCK6 Amazon facility in San Francisco voted to authorize a strike of their combat for union recognition and a good contract.

The Teamsters stated that they had set a Dec. 15 deadline for the corporate to barter a labor settlement.
The union additionally claimed that over 20 bargaining models, representing almost 9,000 staff, have efficiently organized and that the corporate “threatens, intimidates and coerces its workers by unleashing union busters to swarm facilities.”
