Alabama father and son charged in lethal Montgomery taking pictures

A father and son are charged within the deadly taking pictures of a 36-year-old man in Montgomery in Sunday’s predawn hours.

Curtis London Sr., 37, and Curtis London Jr., 19, are charged with capital homicide within the slaying of Jamahl Jackson.

Montgomery police and hearth medics have been dispatched at 4 a.m. to a report of an individual shot on Highland Avenue at Corridor Road, stated Sgt. Tina McGriff. They arrived to seek out Jackson useless on the scene.

Particulars surrounding the murder haven’t been launched.

Father and son have been booked into the Montgomery County Detention Middle between 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday. They each stay held with out bond.

A motive has not been disclosed however jail information say the cost is capital homicide as a result of the lethal pictures have been fired from a automobile.
