The co-founder and chief executive of Airbnb said in a tweet last month he had begun to live in Airbnb lodgings, moving from city to city to help improve the experience of living and working from anywhere for future guests. He has long prophesied that travel would be irrevocably changed by the pandemic, leading to a “decentralization of living.” And it is a dynamic, his company said on Tuesday, that represents the biggest change in travel since the advent of commercial flying.
