AG Griffin proclaims conviction of Tennessee lady for Medicaid fraud

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A lady from Tennessee has pleaded responsible to Medicaid fraud after allegedly making a caregiver account in her son’s title and billing for companies that by no means occurred.

55-year-old Michelle Chase of Memphis pleaded responsible to at least one felony depend of Medicaid fraud.

Legal professional Common Tim Griffin launched the next assertion asserting the conviction:

“On April 17, Michelle Chase, 55, of Memphis pleaded responsible to at least one depend of Medicaid fraud, a Class C Felony, and was sentenced to a three-year time period of probation; ordered to pay a $1,500 nice, court docket prices, and restitution within the quantity of $2,700.09; and ordered to finish 100 hours of neighborhood service.
