After 5 years of introducing South Bay meals lovers to a world array of cheeses — by way of inventive cafe dishes, cheese boards, tasting occasions, vintner dinners and wine pairings — San Jose’s Devine Cheese & Wine will shut on the finish of service this Saturday, Aug. 30.
