Spirit Airways pilot arrested at airport on youngster stalking expenses

A Spirit Airways pilot has been arrested and pulled from future flights for allegedly stalking two minors.

Dominic Armando Cipolla, 40, is charged with two counts of stalking together with a felony depend for allegedly stalking somebody underneath the age of 14. Based on a prison criticism, Cipolla focused kids born in 2008 and 2013 with conduct that may trigger an inexpensive individual or their household to worry for his or her security. “The Pilot was removed from duty pending our investigation into the matter, and we arranged for another Pilot to operate the flight,” the assertion concluded.

Cipolla was booked and launched on Aug. 2. The day prior, the Kansas Metropolis, Missouri resident was within the arrest information of the Canadian County Sheriff’s Workplace in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Cipolla was initially arrested on July 17 at Louis Armstrong New Orleans Worldwide Airport after being accused of stalking two minors in Olathe, Kansas, information obtained by The Guardian stated.

He was launched on a $12,500 bond. His subsequent court docket date is Aug. 12, in line with Johnson County District Courtroom on-line information. 

“Dominic Cipolla is a two-time combat veteran with not so much as a speeding ticket on his record,” legal professional Brandan Davies, who’s representing Cipolla, stated in a press release to FOX Enterprise. 

“Mr. Cipolla denies the allegations against him and asks that the media allow the court process to take place,” Davies stated.
