San Jose: Motorcyclist useless following crash with suspected DUI driver

SAN JOSE — A motorcyclist died early Saturday morning following a deadly collision from a driver suspected of working underneath the affect, in response to the California Freeway Patrol.

The motorcyclist was a 36-year-old male, in response to CHP. His identification has not been launched.

The motive force of the car is a 22-year-old male, who sustained minor to average accidents and was transported to the hospital.

The incident occurred round 1:53 a.m., when CHP was notified of a crash involving a a car and bike close to the connector of U.S. Route 101 and Interstate 280.

Preliminary investigations revealed a white Cadillac Deville was touring northbound on US-101 at an unknown pace. The motorcyclist was stopped on the proper shoulder fueling up the car.

The motive force allowed the motorcyclist to stray from a direct course of journey, and the car left the roadway to the proper. The entrance of the Cadillac then crashed into the bike, leaving the 36-year-old with deadly accidents.

After crashing into the bike, the Cadillac returned to the roadway, crossed all lanes of visitors and crashed into the middle divide concrete wall.

The motive force was decided to be inebriated, and positioned underneath arrest, in response to the CHP.

This investigation is lively and ongoing. CHP is asking witnesses or individuals with details about this crash are requested to contact their San Jose Workplace at (408)961-0900.
