OAKLAND — Two individuals have been wounded by gunfire whereas they dined at a restaurant in downtown Oakland, an incident that left a window riddled with bullet holes, in keeping with police.

A Richmond man, 24, and an Oakland girl, 31, have been hit by the spray of gunfire throughout dinner service at Pierre Pierre restaurant, in keeping with investigators.

Police arrested the driving force of the wounded man after a firearm was discovered within the driver’s automobile. Police imagine the driving force had no connection to the capturing incident. The motive force, 26, wasn’t recognized.
