OAKLAND — Prosecutors have filed two felony circumstances in opposition to alleged burglars who they are saying focused companies across the East Bay.

In a single case, two teenagers have been arrested and charged with smash-and-grab burglaries that focused gasoline stations and comfort shops. In one other, a 29-year-old man was charged with restaurant burglaries that appeared to favor Wendy’s and Taco Bells particularly, but victimized quite a few companies from San Leandro to Pacheco.

The 29-year-old man, an Antioch resident, was charged with 5 counts of housebreaking. He was allegedly a part of a hoop that traveled across the Bay Space breaking into eating places, and prosecutors say that he had a police monitoring machine on his automobile throughout a few of the break-ins.

The 2 teenagers, aged 18 and 19, allegedly hit three gasoline stations and two comfort shops, all throughout the similar day, April 24. They resist 10 years in state jail if convicted.

Alameda County District Legal professional Ursula Jones Dickson launched a press release saying retail burglaries are a “high priority” for her workplace.
