A 1,428-square-foot home in-built 1953 has modified palms. The property positioned within the 800 block of Matadero Avenue in Palo Alto was bought on Feb. 13, 2025, for $3,003,000, or $2,103 per sq. foot. The structure of this single-story home consists of two bedrooms and one bathtub. Inside, there’s a hearth. Moreover, the home is supplied with a two-car storage, accommodating automobiles and storage wants effectively. The lot dimension of the property measures a formidable 7,260 sq. ft.

Further homes have not too long ago been bought close by:

A 1,602-square-foot residence on the 3500 block of Laguna Avenue in Palo Alto bought in March 2024, for $3,820,000, a worth per sq. foot of $2,385. The house has 3 bedrooms and a couple of bogs.
On Matadero Avenue, Palo Alto, in November 2023, a 2,083-square-foot residence was bought for $3,800,000, a worth per sq. foot of $1,824. The house has 4 bedrooms and three bogs.
In June 2024, a 2,838-square-foot residence on La Mata Means in Palo Alto bought for $4,800,000, a worth per sq. foot of $1,691. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bogs.
