Chouhan slammed the provider for allotting him a “broken and sunk” seat and referred to as it unethical for the airline to cost passengers full fare for such substandard situations. His criticism prompted motion from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, with the Directorate Normal of Civil Aviation (DGCA) being requested to look at the matter.

Air India later apologised to Chouhan after his criticism gained consideration on social media, and the DGCA additionally sought a report from the airline relating to the incident.

In the meantime, in his put up, Shergill didn’t present particular particulars about his flight, such because the date or route, leaving some uncertainty relating to the precise circumstances of his criticism. Nevertheless, his remarks have added to the rising listing of complaints which have tarnished the airline’s fame.
