After a powerful earthquake struck Delhi and its adjoining areas early this morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged the residents to “stay calm and follow the safety precautions”.

PM Modi assured people who the officers are holding an in depth watch on the state of affairs. He posted on X:

Tremors had been felt in Delhi and close by areas. Urging everybody to remain calm and comply with security precautions, staying alert for potential aftershocks. Authorities are holding an in depth watch on the state of affairs.
