They failed our best ally in Asia. And they’ve emboldened China by not following the rule of law.”

Nippon Metal had pledged to take a position $2.7 billion in U.S. Metal’s Mon Valley Works and the Gary Works as a part of a modernization challenge geared toward making the amenities extra aggressive with worldwide rivals.
