Campbell’s Co. CEO Mark Clouse will retire from the packaged meals firm and be part of the entrance workplace of the NFL’s Washington Commanders early subsequent 12 months.

The Commanders mentioned Tuesday that Clouse will tackle the position of president and head the group’s enterprise operations in late January. 

The final day of his six-year tenure because the CEO of Campbell’s will probably be Jan. 31, in keeping with Campbell’s.

He started serving as Campbell’s chief govt in 2019, succeeding Keith McLoughlin, who chairs the corporate’s board of administrators. Clouse has “led a transformation to reshape the company’s portfolio toward category-leading brands and made soup a key element of the company’s growth strategy,” Campbell’s mentioned.

Campbell’s, Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Prego, V8 and Rao’s are amongst a number of the well-known manufacturers owned by the corporate, which rebranded from the Campbell Soup Co. to its present identify earlier this fall “as part of its evolution and transformed portfolio.”

The corporate reiterated on Tuesday that it expects to see 9% to 11% development in internet gross sales for fiscal 2025. Its adjusted earnings per share, in the meantime, is projected to be $3.12 to $3.22, a spread that might symbolize a 1% to 4% improve.
