SANTA CLARA — A campus is in mourning after an 18-year-old Santa Clara College scholar was killed in a automotive collision Thursday in entrance of the varsity grounds, in keeping with authorities and faculty officers.

In a GoFundMe web page established by Pope’s father, he wrote that his son was using his bicycle to class when the collision occurred.

Responding law enforcement officials and firefighters discovered Pope critically injured, and he was taken to a hospital the place he died, police mentioned.
