CONCORD — Two individuals suspected of touring in a stolen automobile have been arrested Monday following a head-on crash close to the Kinney Bridge on Willow Go Highway, police stated.
No main injures have been reported within the wreck, which pressured the closure of Willow Go Highway for about an hour. Police Lt. Robert Garcia in an announcement stated the 2 have been arrested on suspicion for his or her roles in acquiring the stolen automobiles and the actions that led to the crash.
It began when Harmony police tried to cease a automobile that was reported stolen out of Alameda County, Garcia stated. The motive force refused to drag over, sped into a close-by neighborhood and finally deserted the automobile, Garcia stated.
