Rep. Glenn Ivey (D-Md.), who sits on the Home Ethics Committee, stated he believes senators ought to have the “full information” about their investigation and report into former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) earlier than they vote to affirm his nomination as legal professional basic.

“I think, given the need for the Senate to meet this constitutional obligation, I’m not speaking to what’s in the report, or not, but I think if the senators want to see it, they should have a right to do it,” Ivey stated Sunday on MSNBC.
