FREMONT — A bus driver ran over a pedestrian in Fremont early Thursday, ensuing within the metropolis’s ninth deadly visitors collision this yr, police mentioned Friday.

The pedestrian, recognized solely as a male, was struck by a bus “during the early hours of morning darkness” as he stood within the eastbound lanes close to Mission Boulevard at State Route 262 and Heat Springs Boulevard, Fremont police mentioned.
