The official added that Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, appearing Labor Secretary Julie Su and Director of the Nationwide Financial Council Lael Brainard “are meeting with USMX to convey this message. USMX on Thursday filed an unfair labor criticism with the Nationwide Labor Relations Board (NLRB) that accused the ILA of refusing to fulfill on the bargaining desk to barter in good religion.
