New Omdia analysis finds enterprises’ confidence in IoT is hovering

The newest findings from Omdia’s Web of Issues (IoT) Enterprise Survey* reveal an astonishing surge in confidence amongst enterprises leveraging IoT options.

Enterprises proceed to combine IoT into their workflows whereas benefiting from productiveness positive aspects, price financial savings, to improved employee security.

The sixth annual survey which included practically 600 enterprises throughout ten international locations and eight completely different verticals found that 95% of respondents anticipate to see measurable advantages from IoT inside two years of deployment. As enterprises proceed to extend their funding in IoT options and broaden their gadgets, IoT is turning into a cornerstone of their digital transformation methods.

“As attention continues to shift to artificial intelligence (AI) as a step change for business intelligence, we are witnessing many enterprises making meaningful changes through IoT deployments,” mentioned John Canali, IoT Principal Analyst, Omdia. “Business of all sizes can leverage IoT deployments to make data driven decisions that significantly improve their business outcomes”.
