A multi-million-dollar residence constructed by Carl Westcott, the founding father of 1-800-Flowers, was scooped up earlier this month in Avon, Colorado.

The almost 11,200-square-foot residence and its 1.87-acre lot providing direct ski entry to Beaver Creek fetched $25.2 million throughout an early September transaction, Mansion World reported.

Property information confirmed it modified palms between two restricted legal responsibility firms on Sept. 6.

Mansion World recognized Ron Byrne & Associates Vice President Shawn Byrne as the house’s itemizing agent.
