The person who bought Jeff Bezos his posh mansion for $79 million close to Miami Seashore is suing the realtor who dealt with the sale, saying the realtor hid the identify of the client, probably costing him as much as $6 million. 

Leo Kryss, co-founder of Brazilian toy and electronics firm Tectoy, filed a lawsuit in opposition to Douglas Elliman, alleging the actual property agency’s CEO instructed him personally that Bezos was not the client of the seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom house, which sits on a 2.8-acre property, in accordance with The Wall Road Journal.

FOX Enterprise has reached out to Bezos. 

Kryss put the house up on the market final yr with an $85 million price ticket. Bezos initially bought the property subsequent door for $68 million. He later anonymously made a $79 million supply for Kyrss’s property.

Kyrss requested if Bezos was the one who put within the supply. His lawsuit states Douglas Elliman CEO Jay Parker stated Bezos was not the client and that the purchaser wouldn’t conform to go above $79 million for the property.

He allegedly led Kryss to consider that the property was being purchased for the Klepach household, the Journal reported.

After the sale. Kyrss discovered that Bezos had made the supply. He would not have agreed to chop down the worth by 7% had he recognized, Kryss’s lawsuit states.

Indian Creek Island, often called “Billionaire Bunker” contains numerous well-known residents, together with Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump and retired NFL star Tom Brady.

Douglas Elliman declined to remark to FOX Enterprise.
