Fund manager Gerald “Jerry” Jordan and his wife, Darlene Jordan, are listing their waterfront mansion in Palm Beach for $84.9 million, making it one of the most expensive homes for sale on the island.
The roughly 1.6-acre property has around 282 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway, according to listing agent Christian J. Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate. Originally built in 1938, the main residence is approximately 16,200 square feet with six bedrooms, a gym, a library, two offices and a pub room.
