SAN RAMON — A 27-year-old Pleasanton man has been charged with homicide in reference to a DUI-related crash over the weekend in San Ramon, prosecutors stated.
Badal Devendra Dholaria is ready to be arraigned Thursday afternoon on a five-count felony grievance, based on the Contra Costa County District Lawyer’s Workplace.
Along with homicide, he’s charged with two counts of driving drunk inflicting damage and two counts of driving with a .08% blood alcohol content material inflicting damage.
Prosecutors stated the DUI-related offenses every include enhancements alleging nice bodily damage.
The 2-car crash occurred round 3:25 p.m. Saturday on Crow Canyon Street. A 41-year-old Castro Valley lady was killed and a 40-year-old Castro Valley man was injured.
The lady, who was using within the passenger seat of a Ford Bronco, has not been publicly recognized.
