This comes after U.S. Northern Command issued a press release Friday which stated that the Division of Warfare, the Trump administration’s most well-liked title for the Protection Division, would “be shifting and/or rightsizing our Title 10 footprint in Portland, Los Angeles, and Chicago to ensure a constant, enduring, and long-term presence in each city.”
