Single-family residence sells in Oakland for .6 million

A spacious historic home within the 600 block of Santa Ray Avenue in Oakland has a brand new proprietor. The two,212-square-foot property, in-built 1922, was bought on Sept. 15, 2025 for $1,600,000, or $723 per sq. foot. This two-story home affords a capacious residing setting with its 4 bedrooms and two loos. The lot of the unit covers a considerable space of 9,300 sq. ft.

Different homes have not too long ago been bought close by:

A 1,242-square-foot residence on the 600 block of Mandana Boulevard in Oakland bought in January 2024 for $1,201,500, a worth per sq. foot of $967. The house has 2 bedrooms and a couple of loos.
On Santa Ray Avenue, Oakland, in Oakland in July 2022, a 2,571-square-foot residence was bought for $2,210,000, a worth per sq. foot of $860. The house has 5 bedrooms and a couple of.5 loos.
