President Trump and first girl Melania Trump hosted star athletes, princesses, dinosaurs and at the least one Trump impersonator on the White Home’s annual Halloween occasion Thursday.
Hours after the president returned from a days-long journey to Asia, the primary couple — sans costumes — spent just below an hour handing out full-size chocolate bars to a line of trick-or-treaters, together with army and legislation enforcement households, foster and adoptive households and the kids of Trump administration staffers.
“It’s a long line,” Mr. Trump shouted to the press at one level, in line with a pool reporter. “It’s almost as big as the ballroom.”
The Air Power Band performed a mix of spooky tunes and pop hits, together with instrumental variations of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” Think about Dragons’ “Radioactive” and Johnny Money’s “Ring of Fire.”
