Antero Sources final week introduced $170,000 in charitable presents to a number of native nonprofit organizations, in response to this WDTV report.
The funds got here from their annual “Fuel the Burn” oil and gasoline dodgeball match held in Harrison County in July. The match has raised near $1 million over seven years.
5 group nonprofit organizations obtained $34,000 every at Thursdays test presentation to assist with their funding.
Representatives from Drug Abuse Resistance Schooling program, Patrons of the Park, Genesis Youth Middle, Hero’s Haven Baby Advocacy Middle, and the Harrison County Casa program spoke about how Antero Sources has helped them over time throughout the presentation.
“We would never be where we are today without their support,” stated Alisha Madia. “They have helped us to grow in terms of staff, in terms of resources, and in meeting the needs of the children that come to us with great need. And without Antero, we wouldn’t be able to do that and continue to expand our services.”
