Companies adopting IoT asset monitoring options prioritize wonderful vendor help and seamless integration capabilities over an intensive checklist of options, in line with the brand new “IoT Asset Tracking & Visibility Adoption Report 2025” by IoT Analytics.

In accordance with the report, organizations allocate a median of $110 per asset yearly for monitoring stock, gear, or autos. This funding is proving efficient, as evidenced by 74% of such initiatives assembly or exceeding their return on funding (ROI) expectations.

The analysis highlights a big hole in satisfaction between commercially accessible options and in-house developed instruments. Firms counting on inner asset-tracking methods reported the bottom satisfaction scores, citing lack of reliability, poor integration, and inadequate help as key points. This contrasts sharply with satisfaction ranges for main industrial distributors.
