Spotify stated it is working to resolve an outage that is stopping its app and web site from correctly loading on Wednesday morning.

The Swedish audio streaming and media service posted on X simply earlier than 10 a.m. ET that it is conscious of the problems and that the “right team is on it and working on a fix.” 

Spotify elaborated on its group web site, saying that some customers reported that the app wasn’t loading. Others reported experiencing playback points and even accessing the assist website. Spotify stated these points are taking place on cellular and desktop gadgets.

“I can’t read music, it stops at 4 or 10 seconds… the app on phone and laptop isn’t working,” one person posted on Spotify’s group web page.

By 10 a.m., greater than 48,000 customers had reported points, in line with DownDetector. Greater than half of the problems, about 61%, had been stemming from the app, whereas 15% had been from the web site, in line with DownDetector.
