Bay Space Information Group boys athlete of the week: Sean Coffin, Serra

Serra water polo participant Sean Coffin is the boys athlete of the week for Sept. 23-28.

In on-line voting that ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Coffin completed with 34.13% of the votes. Menlo College cross nation runner Landon Pretre positioned second with 27.9%.

Congratulations to all of the candidates for this week’s recognition.

Coffin, a senior water polo participant at Serra, scored three targets and had an help and two steals in Serra’s 17-3 win over Gunn. Coffin added three extra targets and one other help in a 14-7 loss to Bellarmine.
